We’re bringing you a transformational series in 2022 called Fostering Transformation: Yoga and Justice. The first quarter of the series, from January-March, features events with BIPOC teachers focusing on three overlapping areas. These sessions will offer teachings about transformation through lived experience as well as the studied expertise of the presenters.
This will be a practice and lecture-based class with author, anti-racism activist, social justice warrior, yoga teacher and intuitive healer Michelle Cassandra Johnson. This class will apply the philosophy of her books Skill in Action and Finding Refuge to transforming your own internal practice. Come ready to examine and change your own embodied experience and understanding of yoga, equity, and justice. The class is 90 minutes including Q&A session.
