This cohort is designed for leaders who have already been through a Race & Resilience program and are ready to level up their practice and action. While Level 1 is about developing a baseline understanding of systems of oppression and equity work, Level 2 is about the art of engagement. Together, we will explore how to navigate conflict, skillful intervention, giving and receiving feedback and community accountability.
This course includes:
Monthly lectures with Michelle/Kerri
Monthly skill-building sessions with Michelle/Kerri
Course workbook with social syllabus
Meetings are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month from 6-7:30PM EST. All monthly sessions will be recorded.
