Finding Refuge - 8 Limbs Yoga

We are all holding so much in our hearts these days. Over the past few years, we have waded through so much uncertainty, much more than our nervous systems were designed to respond to. And now, there is more clarity and wisdom about the systems that need to be dismantled for us all to thrive. Making space to process our grief communally is essential and vital at this time. It is time to gather together and find refuge in one another and our spiritual practice. The Finding Refuge workshop is a space designed for you to learn more about how to engage your spiritual practice to meet your grief and tend your heart. The workshop will include mantra, pranayama, meditation, movement practices, journaling, and small and large group discussions.
