Finding Refuge Book Club Guide
This Finding Refuge Circle Guide is designed to center what we are holding in our hearts, make space for and process individual and collective grief, and offer guidance on facilitating a conversation and discussion about Finding Refuge: Heart Work for Healing Collective Grief.
While this guide focuses on holding a circle, people may need other resources to support them through their grieving process. This guide is in no way meant to be a replacement for therapy, counseling, or other types of mental health support and care. It is meant to be an adjunct to what you might already be doing to attend to your grief and heart. It is meant to expand the traditional models of grieving, which are often linear and not fully representative of the range of how grief and loss affect us individually and collectively.
